Wonderfeel offers a
set of Archetypes.
Each of these Archetypes
is part of our nature.
two examples are:
ACTIVIST
being called
to speak up
NURTURER
being called to
be more tender
We can welcome all
the Archetypes
and go well.
Peter Siahna Wadham (Peet)
took 26 years to develop the
Wonderfeel system.
He studied mainstream psychology
in the 80s, but wasn't satisfied.
So Peet experienced 100s
of diverse healing approaches,
learning that the key is...
~ INTEGRATION ~
Welcoming our nature
as a sustainable way to grow.
To choose an Archetype.
the first step is a short
'Drop In'
Then you see some changing symbols... take your time
to press on them....
The symbol will reveal an
Archetype to explore....
Peet shares a video about this.
The whole thing
takes 5 mins
Here is a whole set of 26 cards,
together with guide book.
Made using recycled paper
Simple ways to welcome
natural flow.
Each Archetype has a guide.
A mini booklet with art
and specialised wording.
Made with recycled paper.
A handy way to boost
each of your natural powers.

The Drop In
is a 1-minute meditation
There are three steps . . .
Okay. 👍
1) Soften
Wriggling a little,
then letting the
muscles relax.
2)
Sigh
Taking in a deep breath in,
then releasing it
like a sigh '...hwaaahh'
3)
Sense . . .
Noticing any sensations
you can feel anywhere inside.
Tuning in to how
the body feels . . .
(eyes closed for 1 minute if ok)
1) Soften
Wriggling a little,
sitting or lying down,
letting my muscles relax.
2)
Sigh
Taking in a big breath
then just releasing it
as a sigh 'Hwaaahh'
3)
Sense. . .
Closing my eyes if safe.
Tuning into how my body feels.
Taking a moment to notice any sensations happening
anywhere inside me. . .
